Selling Made Simple

    First, we’ll get on a call to talk about your mineral rights and see if selling is a good fit for both of us. Our teams will then conduct an economic and engineering evaluation so we can get you a fair, accurate offer.

  2. Competitive Offer
    After the evaluation, we’ll send you a formal bid—no pressure to accept. After we settle on all of the numbers, we’ll send you the paperwork to put the process in motion. 

  3. Title Verification & Closing
    Now all that’s left is the signatures. Once the title is verified, we close on the rights and you get paid.
